Founder / Creative Head

I’m a multidisciplinary Usability tester and User Experience Expert with a curious mind, My passion is usability testing and UX/CRO Reviews/audits. My specialties at UT include: User Research, Usability Analysis, Prototyping, and Wireframing.

For the past 18+ years, I’ve been a writer, editor, information architect/user experience architect, and creative director of usability testing. I have industry expertise in Healthcare, SaaS, Enterprise, Education, and eCommerce. With keen interest and expertise, I’ve created many intuitive products and designs for B2B and B2C clients like Amazon, Accenture, Juniper Networks, and more.

Sneha Khatri

UX Researcher

With Bachelor’s degree in Design from Chitkara University, Sneha has 2+ years of experience in UX research and product designing.

As a UX researcher, she is working with the graphic designing team and assisting in research projects. She regularly hosts discussions and uses feedback and the voice of the user to improve products. In her leisure time, she loves to play indoor games.
